Keynote Spotlight: ECEC Executive Director Radha Mohan

We are thrilled to have Radha Mohan, Executive Director of the Early Care and Education Consortium (ECEC), join us for our 2021 SHIFT Childcare Leaders Conference as a keynote speaker!

ECEC is a non-profit alliance of childcare providers, state childcare associations, and premier educational service providers representing 6,500+ programs in 48 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.

As the Executive Director of ECEC, Radha creates strategic alliances, develops political messaging and drafts legislative solutions to advocate for strong federal and state policies that bring quality early education programs to scale. Radha's work on behalf of childcare providers has influenced policy solutions that made their way into the American Rescue Plan and the American Families Plan.

Radha will help us wrap up day two of our SHIFT Conference in a one-on-one conversation with SHIFT Hostess Kathy Ligon. The two will discuss what policy solutions are being advocated for on behalf of the private early education sector in Congress currently as well as how owners can get involved and advocate for strong federal and state policies to build a stronger early education system for all.
