Keynote Spotlight: Bestselling Author Jennifer Moss

We are so excited to host bestselling author Jennifer Moss (@jennifermossinc) at our 2022 SHIFT Childcare Leaders Conference in Park City!

Jennifer is an award-winning writer, international speaker, and workplace culture strategist with clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Her most recent book, The Burnout Epidemic, was named 10 Best New Management Books for 2022 by Thinkers50 and shortlisted for the 2021 Outstanding Works of Literature Award.

Jennifer will wrap up our Wednesday with a powerful keynote sharing important strategies that build a happier, healthier and higher-performing professional and personal life. She will also share actionable content on burnout-proof reward and recognition strategies as well as hiring initiatives that create a culture of burnout prevention at your school.
