SHIFT 2019: Austin, Texas Recap

Hundreds of childcare business owners and directors from more than 31 states across the U.S. gathered in Austin, TX in February for the 2019 SHIFT Childcare Leaders Conference.  

For three days, attendees learned from, engaged with and collaborated alongside fellow providers as well as people from the private equity community, industry experts, real estate investors and lenders. They heard from owners with interesting operation niches, industry experts with insights on staff retention, branding, marketing and enrollment, and past owners who have either sold their schools or passed them down to a second generation. 

And the event extras were not to be missed! SHIFT featured morning yoga, lunchtime massages, virtual reality, a locally-designed graffiti wall, unique promo items, evening social hours, a mobile app and the list goes on…
